Super
Seniors Potluck and Bingo:
This seniors group meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at noon
at the Town Hall for a potluck dinner, entertainment, and Bingo.
This event is held in conjunction with the Village of Hudson Township.

Hudson Welcome Packet:
A packet of information giving an overview of the Hudson community
is available for new residents. Contact Beverly Baley (726-1025)
"A Book For Every Baby":
Hudson Woman's Club, with the help of the library, is providing
one storybook for each newborn in the community. Contact Karen McKinney

Prairie Days Parade:
(June) The Parade began in 1964 and is organized by the Hudson Woman's
Club. Any individual or group is welcome to participate. The parade
also includes horses, floats, antique vehicles etc.
Concession Stand:
(June/July) We run a concession stand for all the softball games
played in Hudson. The proceeds go towards these programs.
Girls Softball Program:
(June/July) Girls in 3rd through 12th grades are eligible to participate.
Sign up is in April. Entry fee is required. Contact Barbie Emmert

Halloween Party:
(October) Activities, costume judging, and treats are planned for
the children in the community. Contact Mary Jo Waller (726-1960)
Red Cross Blood Drive:
Hudson Woman's Club sponsors an annual blood drive at the town Hall.

Love Baskets:
(December) The Love Basket Program began in 1980's to help families
in the Hudson area during the holiday season. The community and
several organizations donate items. An account is also established
to use during the year in the event a family in our community has

Lunch with Santa:
(December) Children 4-9 years of age are invited to participate
in this event. The children make a craft to take home, listen to
a story and visit with Santa Claus. Contact Barbie Emmert (726-1721)
Baby Sitting Clinic:
During the clinic the participants learn CPR, First Aid, how to
change a diaper, feed a baby, and receive information about child
growth and development. Each Participant is required to pass an
exam at the end of the class. Contact Kimberly Bolt (726-1481)
Community Improvement Program:
The club has purchased play equipment for the town parks. Past projects
include the ballpark bleachers, Swing sets and paying for the concrete
in the pavilion. By combining resources the Hudson Woman's Club
and the Village of Hudson were able to purchase the modular in the
